Rep. Mark Klicker testifies in Housing Committee on streamlining development regulations
Rep. Mark Klicker, R-Walla Walla, testifies before the Housing Committee about his proposal to streamline development regulations. House Bill 1293 would eliminate the constant recalibration of redundant permitting procedures within the building process. Klicker's bill would attempt to eliminate additional costs to the builders and lower overall housing costs for the consumer.
