Reps. Mark Klicker and April Connors join KONA Radio in Pasco to discuss cap-and-trade, carbon costs, gasoline and energy prices, and more

Rep. Mark Klicker, R-Walla Walla, joined Robb Francis and John McKay on the KONA Bottom Line program in Pasco to discuss the costs of Gov. Jay Inslee's cap-and-trade program to Washington consumers — both at the gas pumps and on energy bills, noting the state is apparently trying to hide the effects of cap-and-trade costs from the public.

Midway through the program, Klicker was joined by Rep. April Connors, R-Kennewick, who discussed nuclear, wind and hydrogen energy, The two lawmakers also responded to stories that Narcan is being used in public schools to fend off effects of fentanyl.
